Kent Sechrest is the repair technician you will want to work on your machine. With over 20 years of experience with all types of sewing machine brands, he'll be able to identify your problem and get your machine up and running quickly. Kent works full time and is here Mon-Fri 9-5. You can make an appointment to have your machine worked on, and shop while your machine has her spa time. Hennessey also has several great restaurants you can visit while you have your machine serviced.
